Welcome to Triple Charm Events. By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, attending an event, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Triple Charm Events

Triple Charm Events is a local, women-owned small business based in Eugene, Oregon. We create and host themed bookish events, retreats, and women-empowerment gatherings.

2. Ticket Purchases & Payments
  • All ticket purchases are non-refundable.

  • Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time prior to purchase.

  • By completing your purchase, you confirm that all provided information is accurate.

3. Ticket Transfers
  • If you are unable to attend an event, your ticket may be transferred to another individual.

  • To complete a transfer, you must email triplecharmeventsplanning@gmail.com prior to the event with the full name of the person receiving the ticket.

  • Tickets may not be resold for profit.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations
  • Triple Charm Events reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, location, speakers, or activities, if necessary.

  • In the rare case that Triple Charm Events cancels an event, ticket holders will be notified via email with next steps.

  • We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or lodging.

5. Attendance & Conduct
  • All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others, event staff, speakers, and venues.

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

  • Triple Charm Events reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who violates these expectations.

6. Health & Safety
  • Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to attending an event.

  • By attending, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your own health, safety, and belongings.

  • Triple Charm Events is not liable for injuries, illnesses, lost items, or damages occurring during or as a result of the event.

7. The Dreamland Experience
  • Some events may include The Dreamland Experience, which uses air mattresses and teepee tents.

  • Attendees are responsible for the proper use of all provided equipment.

  • Triple Charm Events is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or misuse of the air mattresses, teepee tents, or any other provided equipment.

8. Book Retreats & Event Liability
  • Triple Charm Events hosts book retreats and similar gatherings.

  • Attendees acknowledge that Triple Charm Events is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages that occur before, during, or after the event, including during travel, lodging, or other related activities.

  • By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

9. Contract & Website Booking
  • All participants must sign a contract and agree to all Terms & Conditions before attending an event.

  • Booking a ticket or service through the Triple Charm Events website constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Photography & Media Release
  • Events may be photographed or recorded for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • By attending a Triple Charm Events gathering, you grant permission for your image, likeness, or voice to be used in photos or videos without compensation.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the event team upon arrival.

11. Intellectual Property
  • All event content, branding, materials, and designs are the property of Triple Charm Events.

  • Content may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

12. Force Majeure

Triple Charm Events is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.

13. Privacy
  • Any personal information collected during ticket purchase or event registration is used solely for event-related communication.

  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Charm Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our events.

15. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket, booking a service, or attending a Triple Charm Events event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
