    By purchasing a ticket for a Triple Charm Events book retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

    1. Booking and Payment

    By purchasing your retreat ticket, you agree to these retreat terms and conditions.

    Registration for the retreat is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

    Your retreat ticket includes only what is listed on the official sales page at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses not listed are the responsibility of the participant.

    2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    All retreat bookings are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, illness, personal conflicts, or travel-related issues.

    Retreat tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another individual. If a waitlist exists, Triple Charm Events will do its best to assist in finding a replacement; however, it is ultimately the participant’s responsibility to find someone to take their place if they can no longer attend.

    We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially if flying and/or renting a vehicle.

    3. Participant Responsibilities

    Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation to and from the retreat location unless otherwise stated on the sales page.

    Participants must notify the organizers in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.

    Any damage to retreat property, accommodations, or shared spaces caused by a participant will be the sole responsibility of the individual(s) involved.

    4. Health and Safety

    Participants agree to comply with all health, safety, and behavioral guidelines set forth by Triple Charm Events and the retreat venue.

    Triple Charm Events is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses that may occur during the retreat.

    5. Changes to Itinerary

    Triple Charm Events reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, activities, speakers, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.

    Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

    6. Liability Waiver

    Participants acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks associated with travel and retreat activities.

    By attending, participants agree that Triple Charm Events, including its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred during the retreat.

    7. Photography and Media

    By attending the retreat, participants grant permission for Triple Charm Events to capture photographs and video during the retreat.

    These images and recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. If you have concerns regarding media usage, please notify the organizers prior to the retreat.

    8. Privacy Policy

    Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and administering the retreat.

    Triple Charm Events is committed to protecting participant privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
