Escape to the pines of Central Oregon for a cozy winter weekend filled with books, friendship, and plenty of time to unwind. Booked for the Weekend brings readers together at a beautiful woodland lodge for fireside reading, thoughtfully planned bookish activities, delicious meals, and the kind of connection that can only happen when book lovers share a home for the weekend.
Join us February 19–21, 2027, at Black Butte Ranch for a retreat designed to help you slow down, settle in, and disappear into a really good story.
What's Included:
Two-Night Stay
Settle into our private woodland lodge at Black Butte Ranch for two cozy nights surrounded by the pines. Your selected room or reading bunk is included with your ticket.
Time to Read
& Relax
The schedule intentionally includes plenty of unstructured time to read by the fire, soak in the hot tub, explore the property, or simply rest.
Day in Sisters
We’ll venture into nearby Sisters to explore its charming shops, bookstores, cafés, and small-town Central Oregon atmosphere. Personal purchases are not included.
Meals & Refreshments
Enjoy all scheduled meals, snacks, and nonalcoholic drinks throughout the retreat. We’ll also accommodate dietary restrictions whenever reasonably possible.

Your Home for the Weekend
Tucked among the pines at Black Butte Ranch, our spacious woodland lodge was made for a cozy weekend away. The home sits on nearly two wooded acres and offers plenty of room to read, relax, and connect—whether you’re curled up beside the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, sharing stories around the table, or unwinding in the hot tub beneath the Central Oregon sky.
The lodge features soaring vaulted ceilings, a cozy reading loft, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple gathering spaces, and a wraparound deck surrounded by trees. Our favorite detail might be the built-in bunk room, where every reader has her own bed and personal reading light!

Reserve the room as a solo guest for extra space and privacy, or share it with a friend for a lower per-person ticket price.
